Meet the Staff

Vickie

Vickie is a native of Shaker Heights, Ohio and currently resides in Highland Heights. She is a graduate of Beaumont High School and attended Xavier University. She is one of nine children and is the mother of three wonderful sons. Vickie and her husband, Larry, enjoy taking long walks with their two dogs, gardening, reading, and antiquing. She loves the phase, "A smile is the prettiest thing you can wear." Vickie has been a Treatment Coordinator since 2005 and joined Dr. Parker and Streem Orthodontics in 2014.

Nikki

Nikki has been at the front desk of an orthodontist for 26 years. Nikki and her husband have been married for 44 years. They have 2 adult children and 9 grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys time with family, gardening and reading.

Becca

Since 2013, Rebecca has enjoyed working with the wonderful staff that Drs. Parker and Streem have assembled. Becca recently tied the knot with her amazing husband and cannot wait to take part in everything life has to offer.

Barb

Barb has been with Parker & Streem Orthodontics since April, 2014. Barb graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Barb has worked in the healthcare field for over 30 years with 10 years exclusively in Orthodontics as a Financial Coordinator. Barb makes time to meet with each new patient and parent to find a comfortable payment plan tailored to each individual family making orthodontic treatment affordable! Outside the office, Barb lives in Wickliffe with her great-niece, Makenzie, and dog, Amber. Barb and Makenzie enjoy hiking, bicycling, jet skiing, and road trips to visit family and friends.

Karen B.

Karen has been working for Dr. Parker for 24 years as a orthodontics assistant. Karen enjoys meeting people and helping them achieve a beautiful smile. She has three children and one grandchild that had braces with Dr. Parker. Karen hopes other children have the same experience as her family in the future.
